        Numerous changes.  The terminal input was dropped for the
        spectrum fitting portion, so DOTV > 0 works as DOTV=2 did.
        When entering a guess the color of the data and plot labels
        changes to signal the enter guess mode.  The residual and
        model plots are both in graphics channel 7 now if requested.
        When in REDO LIST and REDO ALL mode, the fitting menus offer
        an option to flag portions of the spectrum.  That option
        has yet another menu and is interactive.  The spectrum is
        plotted in yellow for unflagged channels and a reddish for
        flagged channels (graphics channels 1 and 5).  Updated help
        and run time help accordingly.
        Moved nowhere.
