        Changed these tasks to drop the terminal inputs that are
        duplicated with TV menus.  Added the ability to flag and unflag
        channels in the spectrum while re-doing pixels in the edit
        stages (after everything was fit once).  Invented a new graphics
        subroutine GUNVEC which can only be used when the graphics
        routines are talking to the TV to erase a previously drawn
        vector.
        Moved nowhere.
