        Changed QCLEAN.  It did not handle keywords that were not present
        in the object properly.  It stopped the error message and the
        quitting on error but could alter a parameter via  COPY, RCOPY, et al.
        I should look for this sort of error in other OOP routines.
        Moved these corrections (only) to 31DEC24.

16242.  June 9, 2025              OOP error handling            Eric
        Checked all OOP code for usage of MSGSUP.  Most of it did not
        make the mistake found in QCLEAN.  Changed SCIMG and SCMAP a
        couple of places to handle errors a bit better.  Changed
        INPUT handling of DOCRT and IMAGE handling of AVERFREQ to
        avoid setting the parameter when the keyword is missing.
        Moved to 31DEC24 this date.
