CHANGE.DOC entries:

        Changed QCLEAN.  It did not handle keywords that were not present
        in the object properly.  It stopped the error message and the
        quitting on error but could alter a parameter via  COPY, RCOPY, et al.
        I should look for this sort of error in other OOP routines.
        Moved nowhere, the bug fixes should go to 31DEC24 but not the TV changes.
