        Changed TVUTIL subroutine OTVLOD to load a step wedge to the
        right of the TV image and label it if WSIDE is specified if
        ABS (LTYPE) > 2.  Changed QCLEAN subroutine CLNTV to specify
        WSIDE=2 (right), WWIDTH=12, and WPIXR=.false. (use full image
        intensity range).  Fixed number rows in menu for addition of
        OFMCOLOR.  Changed subroutine CLBCHK to use the current
        TV window size less labels and step wedge to determine the
        pixel increment for the TV load.  To avoid issues with previous
        TV image, the channel one memory needs to be cleared before
        each load.
        Moved nowhere.

        Changed these tasks to also do the wedge in the self-cal
        TV step.  The memory is zeroed before each TV load.  OTVLOD
        can't do this because it supports have more than one image
        on the TV at a time.  But these imaging tasks don't do that.
        The piel increment is now set using the current TV window size
        less the labeling (if any) like in QCLEAN.
        Warning: SCIMG does not seem to work properly in other ways.
        Putting it back anyway but will look at this next.
