        Updated memo to account for all changes in XGAUS, ZEMAN, and
        RMFIT.  This includes the new color when prompting for a new
        initial guess and the new channel editing options and more.
        Removed old figures from $AIPSFIG and added the new ones.
        The memo is gzipped to make it only 1.6% the size unzipped.
        Moved everywhere in $AIPSPUBL.

        Add DOACOR to control whether autocorrelations are examined
        and APARM(7) to exclude cross correlations if so desired.
        In help, changed wordings to improve clarity.

        Added OPTYPE='DDIV' to divide the second data set into the
        difference of the first and second data set.  Added adverbs
        DOOUTPUT to control writing the output data set and DOPRINT,
        DOCRT, and OUTPRINT to control display of a statistical
        analysis (mean, rms, max, min) of the output separated by
        polarization, spectral channel, and IF.
        Moved nowhere.
