Sadly yes.  There has been an issue with rsync that could cause bad things.  It has been turned off until a patch can be applied and tested in our RedHat 8 systems.  It may be back soon but this is a 3-day weekend for us.  Perhaps tomorrow.

Hi,

Since a few days, I encounter some troubles to update AIPS (31DEC25) through midnight jobs.

I have a lot of rsync error like this one :

rsync: [Receiver] failed to connect to rsync.aoc.nrao.edu (146.88.10.54): Connection timed out (110)
rsync error: error in socket IO (code 10) at clientserver.c(139) [Receiver=3.2.7]

Any idea about what is going on?
