        Changed $APLSUB/READPL subroutine and FITLD, UVLOD, IMLOD to
        read slice files as well as plot files in the pseudo-table
        form started last year.  Changed FITTP and FITAB to write
        slice as well as plot files and changed DOPLOT so that >= 0
        will write the files.  That meas the 2 help files also needed
        changing.
        Probably should go to 31DEC24 sometime.
