        Changed LaCook.PL to look for \bbve rather than \bve.  Changed
        LaCook13.tex to make \bbve be the only command on the line.  The
        \zxhlp addition was failing to detect verbatim mode and so LaCook.PL
        was adding \zxhlp to things in the verbatim sections.  But in those
        sections the \zxhlp did not actually link to anything.
        Moved nowhere.
