Changed the computation of error bars from an assumption that
data weights are fully calibrator in 1/Jy^2. The new
computation uses the scatter in the data over the SOLINT
interval and hence requires that SOLINT be at least several
times the input integration time. Correct formulae are used
for the amplitude and phase functions' error computation.
Then the uncertainty is divided by the sqrt of the number of
samples - 1 to put the errors as "expected error".
Moved to 31DEC25 this date.
