16282.  August 6, 2025            BPLOT                     Eric
        Stokes V and linear polarization VV caused the task to
        not plot V Stokes.  Added extra test to spot the difference
        so that Stokes V can be plotted with circular polarization
        data.  Cleaned up the Stokes labeling on the plot.
        Moved to 31DEC24 this date.
