16210.  April 23, 2025             SPFLG                    Eric
        Corrected handling of windows into the master grid when doing
        the clip operations.  The display was fine but the output flags
        in the FG table were not.  Also changed it to do a reload on the
        clip by specified numbers as well as the interactive clip.
        Moved to 31DEC24 and 31DEC23 this date.
