        New service task to convert a list of python color data arrays
        into suitable files for $AIPSOFM.  Also added LAJOLLA, OXY, and
        CETCBL4 color tables to $AIPSOFM.  Added the new files to the
        OFMFILE help file.
        Moved the OFMs and the OFMFILE help to 31DEC24.
