You have given the task 1-second data for 24 hours with 66 values per time. That just exceeds the limit of 5000000 values that ANTAB currently sets. I am going to change this to 16 million which would be 90 IFs, 2 polarizations, 1 second data for 24 hours. If you are using 31DEC24, then a MNJ on that version after tonight will get you the new larger limits.

Subject: error by loading an ANTAB file {External}
Dear Eric,
I am Wara a postdoctoral researcher at the GFZ Potsdam.
I have a problem loading an ANTAB file into AIPS.
For example, the ANTAB files provided for EVN data work well and can be
loaded into AIPS without major problems.
Following the criteria for the ANTAB file formatting and the example of the
ANTAB files given for EVN data, I created my own ANTAB file for one antenna.
I've attached screenshots of my data for you to look over. There are 32 IFs
between 3.01 GHz and 3.5 GHz. Each has R and L polarizations.
I think that my data has the right formatting, however, I always get these
errors
kg49 > ANTAB1: Task ANTAB (release of 31DEC23) begins
kg49 > ANTAB1: ZTXOP2: using translated file name =
kg49 > ANTAB1: ZTXOP2:
/dsk/vgos1/wara/data-analysis/session-vo2187/vo2187-YJ-3
kg49 > ANTAB1: ZTXOP2: GHZ.antab
kg49 > ANTAB1: ZTXOP2: using translated file name =
kg49 > ANTAB1: ZTXOP2:
/dsk/vgos1/wara/data-analysis/session-vo2187/vo2187-YJ-3
kg49 > ANTAB1: ZTXOP2: GHZ.antab
kg49 > ANTAB1: Gain curve read for station: YJ
kg49 > ANTAB1: TXTCAL: BAD TIME: 77.30 63.20 after 0 entries: YJ
kg49 > ANTAB1: Purports to die of UNNATURAL causes
kg49 > ANTAB1: kg49 31DEC23 TST: Cpu= 2.6 Real= 3
I do not see anything wrong with the time. The formatting is similar to the
EVN ANTAB files for example.
I am stuck on this and I wonder if you have any clue about the above
problem.
I am always glad for your support.
Regards,
Wara
