[daip] AIPS Installation Issue {External}

Hi NRAO,

I am currently installing AIPS on my virtual machine and am facing errors.
It seems to have failed at one of the rsync phases, and the last outputs I
received is shown below:

This has been tested on Ubuntu 22.04 and Ubuntu 24.0, and both gave the
