CHANGE.DOC entries:

16091.  July 5, 2024             BPASS, CPASS               Eric
        Removed DOBAND and BPVER adverbs from these tasks.  They are
        misleading since BP tables are not cumulative.  The help files
        explained this and justified the presence of the adverbs by
        encouraging testing for time variations after applying the
        main bandpass.  This can still be done but with SPLAT to
        make a corrected file and then what BPASS writes could actually
        bu used.
        Moved nowhere.
