        Changed call sequence of PCFITR so that the antenna being
        fit can appear in the fit results messages.  Improved the
        formats in PCFIT including reducing the number of progress
        messages when SOLINT > 0.  Corrected handling of last
        scan (which got doubled with the 2nd solution having only
        1 record).  Changed PCFITR call sequence in PCASS, PCRMS,
        BPEDIT, PCFLG, and PCPLT.
        Moved to 31DEC24 this date.

        the initial version described the new tasks but did not
