        minor axes.

        NEW TASK: PBEAM without the fitting and so suitable for
        beam cuts in Q, U, and V.  Makes contour and IRING plots
        and can write out smoothed images.

        I changed ATLOD to call linear polarizations V and H, but of
        course the data are still called X and Y.  Added code so that
        either will work.
