I think I found the problem by inspection.  The PB computation sets an
error code when outside the allowed beam area and nothing reset it to 0.
Therefore the higher levels in the task thought something really bad had
happened.  I have fixed 31DEC22 in just a few more minutes.  31DEC23 will
be fixed at 10 pm Mountain Daylight time (6.5 hours from now).
