[daip] Download Problem in 31dec23 AIPS version- FILAIP did not work, or there's a missing file! {External}

It is not necessary to submit multiple copies of your message.  Apparently
your OS does not have the library used by AIPS binaries.  We have
encountered this before.

cd /home/rm/aips_23/31DEC23/LNX64/LIBR
cp XTRA/libtinfo.so.5 INTELCMP/

Then follow the instructions concerning FILAIP and POPSGN
