Changed the code to implement the full Petrov mapping function
as an option with 3 parameters, The default is identical to
1/cos(ZAION). Using TEPATH = TEC * APARM(4) / P
where P = sqrt (1 - Rf^2 * cos^2 (a*EL))
Rf = (Rearth / (Rearth + Alt + APARM(5))
a = APARM(6)
results in the same thing when the default APARM(4)~(1,0,1)
is used.
