        The help file did not describe the procedure, just the IMAGR
        parts of it.   Added a paragraph to describe why the proc
        exists (to copy each IF to scratch file before running IMAGR
        on it for speed issues).  Corrected a missing command in the
        procedure causing the FQUBE step to fail.
        Moved nowhere.
