FITLD will reject data with weight 0 automatically and that seems to be
what it has done in your case.  The weight threshold is tested and
applied only if > 0, but weight 0 data are discarded even when weight
threshold is 0.  If FITLD did not do this, you would have data in the

divided by the weight to have a proper scale and divide by 0 is not
