[daip] AIPS installation warnings {External}

Dear all,

I tried to install AIPS on a MacBookPro chip M2 laptop, MacOS monterey version 12.6.1. 
I followed the binary installation. 
Aside from skipping the step for printer configuration, it seems that the installation itself was successful. 

However, when I run apis from terminal I get a couple of warnings and I think they are related to the fact that the TV terminal does not open and also the TEK terminal has some problem. 
Below are the messages that appear in terminal once AIPS is launched. 
Please let me know if you have any way to help me please.
