FYI, this person's advisor sent me a direct email asking about this. I 
told them they should put in a helpdesk ticket (and gave them other 
advice). I guess I wasn't explicit enough about what sort of helpdesk 
ticket to put in. Do you want me to answer this and be more thorough?
