        Corrected PRTAB and TADIF - the units are 8 characters not 24.
        Changed TADIF to not treat differences in column labels and
        units as hard errors.  It is best to allow the task to go to
        the actual table data and report things from there.  Also added
        JTRIM to the units and labels to make sure they are blank
        filled rather than 0-filled.
