        Corrected the plotting of data and labeling for frequency
        on the X axis in VBRFI, and VLBRF.  It did something odd
        before in at least some cases.  Add XYRATIO adverb to
        PLRFI to enable plots to be scaled for publication.  Added a
        TeX table option to SNRMS (& between columns).
        Moved nowhere.
