        The header was based on the input file, not the output of UVGET.
        So if 1 source was selected from a multi-source file, the
        output would have a source random parameter but no SU table.
        This upsets things.  Moved the frequency setting routine to
        after UVGET and adjusted it for the changes from BCHAN and BIF.
        Moved nowhere - maybe go to NEW.
