[daip] Mac libraries.

I just tried to use AIPS on my NRAO laptop for the first time since
about March.  I believe I've had an OS update since then, I'm now on
12.6.1.  AIPS failed to start with error messages of the sort:

dyld[66907]: Library not loaded: '@rpath/libgcc_s.1.1.dylib'
   Referenced from: '/usr/local/gfortran/lib/libgcc_s.1.dylib'
Reason: tried: '/usr/local/lib/libgcc_s.1.1.dylib' (no such file),
'/usr/lib/libgcc_s.1.1.dylib' (no such file)

I found a libgcc_s.1.1.dylib  (note two .1's) in
/usr/local/gfortran/lib/ and placed a symlink to that in /usr/local/lib,
which apparently was being checked.  With that, AIPS appears to be
running.  Note I have gfortran installed.

Looking at the contents of /usr/local/lib, everything else is a symlink
to  something in /Users/AIPS/31DEC22/MACINT/LIBR/INTELCMP.  I looked in
that directory, and there is no libgcc_s.1.1.dylib.  There is a
libgcc_s.1.dylib which apparently is different (there is one of those in
the gfortran area too).  This makes me suspicious that there should be a
libgcc_s.1.1.dylib in the AIPS MACINT library that could be linked in
/usr/local/lib.  Is that right?  Is there any known problem to the the
solution I found?

Cheers,

Craig

PS, shortly I'll have the adventure of installing AIPS on a new MAC
Studio.  Maybe I can get an aipsmark for that machine.
