[daip] error while loading shared libraries: libreadline.so.6 {External}

Dear all,

After the last Saturday (May 28, 2022) MNJ update, 31DEC22 installations
at my site became unusable. Two later runs of MNJ didn't help. My systems
are Linux Ubuntu 18.04 and 20.04 and they both behave in the same way. 
Here's what I get shortly after starting AIPS:

AIPS1: error while loading shared libraries: libreadline.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Indeed, there's no such file because the version I have is "so.5": 
/aips/31DEC22/LNX64/LIBR/GNU/shlib/libreadline.so.5.0

I installed 31DEC22 version from scratch and it doesn't work either.
What went wrong?
