        The coding of these tasks requires that only 1 stokes be
        examined.  Clarified this in the help and force it in the
        code.  Drop meaningless POLPLOT adverb, add NPOINTS for
        computing a model on regular intervals in time (NMAPS<0).
        Removed useless stuff from the code left over from UVPLT
        which plots all sorts of things.  These tasks have
        almost no choice of what is plotted.
