        If a channel in the PD table was magic blanked, DATPOL
        blanked that channel properly, but the next value in the
        buffer past the one being blanked also got a zero.  This
        could be the next polarization, the next channel, or even
        the value of U is the next sample.  Corrected code so that
        weight 0 does not creep outside of where it should be.
        Moved to 31DEC21 this date.
