        Was told to upgrade the OS to Monterey (12.5).  Then nothing
        worked.  Xcode and other developer tools had to be reinstalled.
        Then things still did not work.  This required a new environment
        variable in the aipsmgr account (LIBRARY_PATH) pointing at some
        6 levels down library directory and an similar added include
        area in CCOPTS.SH.  The target version is now 10.14, forced by
        various systemy things.
        Moved nowhere - MACINT had to be entirely recompiled.

        Corrected QCLEAN - the TELL operation did not read NITER and
        a couple of others correctly.  This error was part of the
        gfortran 11 conversion.
