[daip] {Disarmed} NASA EOSDIS Annual Satisfaction Survey 2021 - Reminder

Recently we sent you an invitation to take a brief survey to rate the products and services NASA currently provides you through its Earth Observing System Data and Information System (EOSDIS) Distributed Active Archive Centers (DAACs). Thousands of you have responded, and thank you very much. 

If you have not yet had a chance to participate, we ask you to please do so at your earlier convenience. NASA has commissioned the CFI Group, an independent research and consulting organization, to conduct this survey. Through the survey we hope to assess your perceptions, learn more about your needs, and identify opportunities to improve service. 

On behalf of NASA, thank you in advance for your cooperation and insight. This survey should take no longer than 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

A list of EOSDIS DAACs is available in the survey. At the end of the survey you will be given the option to take the survey again to evaluate the other DAACs you’ve used. Please consider taking the survey for each DAAC you’ve used. Your responses to the DAAC-specific questions are critical inputs used by each DAAC to better meet your data and service needs.
