CHANGE.DOC entries:

        Corrected the procedure:
        1. With DOPLOT=2 it plotted SN table 0 (became 1) and CL table
           1 (boring, should have been 2).  Then it replotted most of
           the SN plots along with the CL plots.
        2. At the end it did not use the correct p_plcnt(i) for the
           plot numbers of the CL table after ACCOR.
        3. Used up the last p_plcnt so that the plot file numbers for
           RFLAG may be reported correctly.
        It should now do things properly for DOPLOT 2 and 1.
        Moved nowhere.
