        HOLOG used to use BPARM(1) as a map size in meters, but this
        means that the cell size in images of the data is a function
        of frequency.  Added adverb CELLSIZE which, if > 0, sets the
        value of BPARM(1) overriding whatever was in BPARM(1).  This
        then forces the desired cell size in output image types 1, 2,
        and 3.  A message about the change is given.
