        Changed chapter 9 for a missing close bracket that made all the
        rest of the chapter be in tt font.  Changed chapters L and V for
        an indexing issue.  Redid Chapters 0, I, J (table of contents,
        indices) because of 9 and other issues.  Updated the online
        html version and redid COOKBOOK.PDF (66 Mbytes now).
        Moved nowhere - $AIPSPUBL was put in 31DEC20 MNJ files.
