        Changed $APGNOT/BASRM and $APLPGM BSROT, CENTR, DENAN, DGAUS,
        DIFUV, DSORC, DSTOK, FIXFR, OFUDG, REAMP, RESEQ, REWGT, UVADD,
        UVCMP, and UVPOL to use the RNX subroutines to create, fill, and
        close an output NX (Index) table.  Lots of tasks depend on this
        table and it should always be present without having to run
        INDXR.
