[daip] Shared memory failure

Hi Eric et al. -- I've run into this problem before, just don't remember 
how to fix.  Just updated system on my  MacBookPro, 15", Mid-2014,  
Built in retina display, 2880x1800, Apple LED Cinema Display 1920x1200.  
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2 GB


Won't open AIPS TV.   Do you have the little script I need to run or 
other fix?  Thanks.  lr
