        being for the per scan per antenna POSSM plots.  Changed
        VLBIRFI.HLP for this and to clean up obsolete or
        incorrect references to VLBARUN.  Changed AU2A (PLGET)
        and AU8A (EXTLIST) to support task VBRFI.  Changed
        VBRFI to give it its own plot number and to set up
        things to assist EXTLIST.  Added VBRFI to GINIT
        pre-cursor comments.
