I asked for IMHEADER not PRTTP after loading the data.  I believe that
you are getting data in uncalibrated form.  The units keyword even says
so.  With the data inside CASA the calibration and flagging are attached
so, in CASA, they will be calibrated.  But exportuvfits may not actually
apply that calibration and flagging when writing out the (hated) FITS
format.  People who have received other data sets from CASA - pre 
calibration -
have told me that the system flags have not been applied and have not 
been
included in the file.  System flags are much more fundamental than 
calibration
so it does not surprise me that you are having trouble.  CASA hates that 
there
is any format or data reduction systems other than CASA and measurement 
sets.
No one has worked on their FITS writers/readers in years.
