[daip] where to download

Hi! I'm trying to install AIPS here at ALMA, but I cannot download the Install Wizard from the site: ftp://ftp.aoc.nrao.edu/pub/software/aips/31DEC21/install.pl, it keeps redirecting to https://svn.aoc.nrao.edu/ and asking for user/password, in which my ALMA credentials does not work.
Is there any other way to download AIPS tar files to install it?
