        an immediate argument, using DETIME only if there isn't one.

        Changed it to use BCOUNT and ECOUNT as the numbers to be
        appended to INFILE.  Cleaned it up to make sure all adverbs
        are filled in before creating the plot file and changed the
        plot id to 74.  Dropped unused FLAGVER.  Changed AU2A and AU8A
        for PLGET and EXTLIST for this new plot type.
        Moved nowhere.
