        Changed it to allow frequency smoothing (although it is not
        recommended).  Changed it to label the X axis with frequency
        by default with APARM(3) to select channels instead.  Also
        added option to plot all in one graphics channel = APARM(10).
        Changed AU2A and AU8A to take added adverb into account.
        Moved nowhere.

        NEW TASK: plots the text file written by VBRFI.  Inputs
        are identical although several are totally ingnored.  This
        allows the 2 tasks to have the same EXTLIST and PLGET.
