        ALMA frequencies exceeded the expected extrema in PLOTR
        causing bad default plot scales.  Raised the extrema staring
        points to 10^15.
        BLSUM, when it wrote the text file for PLOTR, had label lines
        improperly formatted.  PLOTR ignored them nicely but it is
        good to have the right format (which may have a use).
        Moved nowhere.
