        It was found that a modest number of extremely bad channels can
        cause BPASS to find bizarre solutions.  Changed the use of
        DOCLIP so that DOCLIP(1) < 0 runs CLIP on uncalibrated data
        before BPASS.  If DOCLIP(1) > 0, CLIP is now run before the
        long FRING job (it was run after previously).  Improved the
        help file to describe this and the explain section to include
        CLIP in its possible 2 places in the sequence.
        Moved nowhere.
