CHANGE.DOC entries:
15553. September 16, 2020 VLBARUN Eric
It was found that a modest number of extremely bad channels can
cause BPASS to find bizarre solutions. Changed the use of
DOCLIP so that DOCLIP(1) < 0 runs CLIP on uncalibrated data
before BPASS. If DOCLIP(1) > 0, CLIP is now run before the
long FRING job (it was run after previously). Improved the
help file to describe this and the explain section to include
CLIP in its possible 2 places in the sequence.
Moved nowhere.
