CHANGE.DOC entries:
15547. September 8, 2020 PP Eric
It turns out that there is a UNIX command called "pp". It seems
to be different on Linux and MacOS. The latter is designed to
turn a perl script into an executable. With the AIPS
directories last in $PATH and with the fact that MacOS in
scripts does not differentiate between PP and pp, AIPS stopped
being able to compile on MacOS. Therefore
1. Created AIPP proc in $SYSUNIX to invoke PP.EXE.
2. Changed $SYSUNIX files AIAS, AIPSCC, COMLNK, COMRPL, FC,
ZTRLOP.c
3. install.pl does not need to change???
Moved nowhere.
15548. September 8, 2020 AIPSPATH Eric
Changed AIPSPATH and AIPSPATH1 SH and CSH so that
LD_LIBRARY_PATH does not grow uncontrollably when it is accessed
more than once. $PATH already had code to do this. Currently
AIPSPATH is the post-pend version, AIPSPATH1 pre-pends the AIPS
libraries.
Moved nowhere.
