        For VLBA correlator data (not DiFX data) the correction function
        used the data weight to determine the saturation scale factor.
        When DOWEIGHT=1, the weights had been changed by of order 10^6
        so autocorrelation data ended up a million times too large.
        Corrected by passing in the weight scale also to subroutine
        BFAC.
        Moved to 31DEC19 this date.
