I did not copy or select a timerang for the data.  All that was done was loading with vlbaload, and running UVSRT & VLBAFIX before the pipeline.  The tried calibrating without the pipeline, but the same issue of no AC data persists.  I.e., it fails at VLBACCOR.  What should I be checking to make sure the auto-correlation data is there?

You should start by trying to see if there are any auto-correlation data in your data set.  One error one can make is to do some data copy function with DOACOR false.  I would believe ACCOR when it says there are no valid AC data but check your TIMERANG which might be selecting an unfortunate time range.
