Can you cut out the part about ATLOD from INSTEP4.LOG and send it to me. 
  Perhaps I can fix the issue.  Do note that ATLOD is probably of zero 
interest these days.  I think the format it reads is obsolete and you do 
not have data from the ATNF almost certainly.  Edit APGNOT.LIS and put a 
minus sign in front of ATLOD if it is stopping INSTEP4.
